Matrixph is the consumer retail store of MATRIX PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 05906173), 23 Walson Way, Foresthall Park, Stanstead, Essex, CM24 8GD. We sell finished consumer bathroom storage and vanity organization products only. We do not offer or contract plumbing, heating, gas, installation, repair or maintenance services through this store.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

We describe our products as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions and weight limits. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly with your screen.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes, which are shown or noted before you pay. We may update prices and product availability at any time. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an order or shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount taken.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). By paying, you authorise the charge for the order total shown. Card details are handled securely by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers. You are responsible for any bank, card or currency-conversion fees your provider may apply.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

The content of this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to MATRIX PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Products are intended for normal domestic use within their stated specifications and weight limits. Please follow the care and surface guidance on each product page; we are not liable for damage caused by misuse, overloading or use on unsuitable surfaces.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
