All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD), wherever you are in the world.

We accept major credit and debit cards (processed securely by Stripe) and PayPal. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Email us as soon as possible at support@matrixph.shop. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it and refund you in full.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. US standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days; international 7–18 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.

US orders over $55 ship free. Otherwise standard US shipping is a flat $6.95, and other rates are shown at checkout.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Some hygiene, adhesive and wall-mounted items are non-returnable once opened or installed — full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Several products contain glass, ceramic or acrylic. If anything arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Most of our range is freestanding, tension-fit or over-door — no tools needed. A few items (e.g. wall shelves, adhesive hooks) mount to a wall; each product page lists the suitable and unsuitable surfaces and weight limits. We supply the products only and do not offer an installation service.
