Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how MATRIX PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED (“Matrixph”) processes and delivers orders placed on matrixph.shop. All prices and shipping charges are shown in US dollars (USD).

1. Order processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to pack and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM (GMT), or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take an extra business day.

2. Shipping methods & transit times

Estimated transit times are in addition to processing time and begin once your parcel is dispatched:

  • United States (Standard): 3–7 business days
  • United States (Expedited): 2–3 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 4–9 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–18 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote destinations and customs inspections can add time.

3. Shipping costs & free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and is shown clearly before payment. Standard US shipping is a flat $6.95.

Orders shipped within the United States with a subtotal of $55.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

4. International orders, duties & taxes

We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

We are unable to predict or refund these charges. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties may result in it being returned or destroyed by customs; in that case the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email a confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact support@matrixph.shop.

6. Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

Several products in our range contain glass, ceramic or acrylic. These are packed with protective inserts. If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and email us photographs of the item and the box within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

7. Incorrect address & undeliverable parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery shipping may be chargeable. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
